Diama-Polish

DiamaPro Systems® Diama-Polish System is a process of sequential steps using diamond abrasives, starting with a coarse grit and working through finer grits to grind, hone, and polish a concrete substrate to a desired finish. This system has been created to provide clear expectations for the contractor of what the end user is expecting for performance and aesthetics. We specify the grinding process with aggregate exposure classes (A, B, C) and appearance finish levels (Level 1-4) based on gloss, haze, and DOI using tools like the Image Clarity Meter for a quantifiable finish. The end result is an environmentally friendly flooring process with minimal maintenance needed for the lifetime of the floor.

RECOMMENDED USES
The DiamaPro Systems® Diama-Polish concrete flooring system is recommended in industrial, commercial, retail, and residential applications. Typically, the system is best suited for low to high foot traffic applications like schools, airports, office spaces, and dining areas. The system also performs well in warehouse environments with forklift traffic, like box stores, grocery stores, and retail spaces. The Diama-Polish system is a non-dusting and abrasion-resistant floor that allows the concrete to remain breathable while providing a low-maintenance and high-performance flooring system.
